Return and Refund Policy

If, by chance, you are unhappy with our products or your experience, here’s how we will work to resolve the situation with you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with your order or product(s) for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@zenpatches.com. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and the reason for your refund request. We’ll work with you to replace, credit, refund your purchase, or otherwise address your dissatisfaction.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes for international orders.
RETURN PROCESS
If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you will have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us. Zen Patches monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit refunds, returns, or exchanges in all instances.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Merchandise purchased by customers outside of the U.S. cannot currently be returned. Zen Patches reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
